Salmon with Pesto from Spinach


Salmon is one of the healthiest fish that is recommended to be consumed at least 2-3 times a month. If you do not know how to prepare it, today we present you with a really tasty recipe with salmon.


600 g of salmon fillets;

200 g spinach;

2 cloves garlic;

lemon juice and lemon peel;


black pepper;

olive oil.


First, make the pesto. Put in the blender the leaves of spinach and garlic, add a little lemon juice and grated crust of unspecified lemon, pinch salt and pepper.
Add about 1 olive oil and soak the mixture to become compact and homogeneous. Try it, if necessary, adjust the flavor with pepper and salt.
Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking sheet with a baking sheet, pre-cook with the prepared pesto, put in a heated oven and bake at 200 degrees, 20 minutes. Serve with a piece of lemon and fresh salad that you want.
