Crispy Peretz perfect everyday snacks

250 g spelled flour;
1 sour milk;
– 0,5 dl of water;
½ bag of baking powder;
1 tsp. Sea salt;
3 tablespoons olive oil;
– Pumpkin seeds.


In a plate, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add sour milk, water and oil, and then add the dough. On a stuffed table, bring the dough a little. The dough should be soft and smooth. Divide it into equal parts, so from each part, you can use long palm strips. Wrap them in the form of spikes, then transfer them to a pastry that you previously put on it with baking paper. Decorate each pepper with pumpkin seeds. Place them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 210 Celsius.
