Salty Rolls from Pancakes



2 bigger pancakes;
300 g cream cheese;
100 g sour cream;
5 cucumbers;
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley;
150 g of ham;
150 g cheese in slices;
a mixture of spices.


The cucumbers are strained and finely shredded.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream, add cucumbers, parsley and spices, as desired, and mix them well. Place a foil on the work surface, and place the pancakes on top of each other so that they overlap in the middle.
Then pancakes are coated with the filet, then cover with leaves of ham and cheese. Then carefully roll and wrap in the foil, and then put in a refrigerator.
When the roll is tighten, the roll is cut into pieces.
