Delicious Black Pancakes

Black Pancakes


100 g flour;

25 g of cocoa powder;

a little salt;

1 tablespoon of powdered sugar;

2 medium eggs;

1 tablespoon butter (melted) + oil or frying butter;

300 ml of milk;

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Chocolate filling:

100 g of good, dark chocolate;

15 g butter;

1,5 tsp honey;

70 ml of full fat milk.


250 ml of sour cream;

2-3 teaspoons of powdered sugar;

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

For sprinkling:

4 teaspoons baked petals;

candle orange peel (optional).


Sift flour, cocoa and add some salt, so add sugar. Make a recess in the middle, add crushed eggs, melted butter, milk and vanilla extract. Mix the dough smoothly and leave it for half an hour. Make pancakes from the dough.

Cream: Melt the chocolate, honey and butter, then add the milk to get a smooth mixture.

Icing: chew the cream with powdered sugar and add the vanilla, then cool it well.

Fill the pancakes, decorate them with the cream, and pop with almonds and orange petals.

Note: this recipe is prepared with a minimum of sugar, if you want sweeter pancakes, increase the amount of honey or add sweet fruits – bananas or other sweet fruits.
