For the Chocolate baskets:
150 g of white chocolate;
50 g margarine;
quarter silicone baskets.
For the fill:
150 g of crushed biscuits;
200 g margarine;
100 g of chocolate;
3 egg yolks;
100 g of powdered sugar;
2 bags of cream.
Preparation of the Chocolate baskets:
Melt the white chocolate with margarine on steam.
Use a kitchen brush to mix the white chocolate mixture into silicone patterns and place it in the refrigerator to harden. After 10 minutes. repeat the procedure once more to obtain a thicker layer of chocolate bark.
When chocolate is hardened, carefully silice the silicone patterns to get the desired shape and place in the refrigerator.
Preparation of the Fill:
We pour orange juice over the crushed biscuits.
Then we mix the margarine.
In a suitable vapor container, egg yolks with powdered sugar are poured. Add broken chocolate and mix until it melts.
In the cooled mixture of chocolate, add margarine and diced cake and mix with a mixer.
Cream chocolate cream is mixed with milk, added to the fill and slowly mixed.
The prepared fill is placed in a candy bag and with its help the baskets of white chocolate are filled. Decorate as desired and placed in a refrigerator so they can be cool.
