Ingredients:

500 g  mushrooms (champignons);
300 g spinach;
1 garlic;
2 red peppers;
1 carrot;
200 ml of sour cream for cooking;
Salt;
Butter.

Preparation:

In the oil, add chopped garlic, add  the carrot and chopped peppers. Rinse and cut the spinach and add it to sprinkle with the remaining ingredients, add salt and add the cream for cooking. Dive for 3 minutes and remove the container. Wash and remove the handle of the mushroom and then fill it with the mixture. Place them in a pan and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
