50 ml of strawberry juice;

6 tablespoons of sweet sour cream;
250 g mascarpone;
150 g cream cheese;
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel;
50 ml of coffee;
Prepare dessert bowls. Wash the fruit and let it squeeze, in the meantime, cook the coffee. Put in a deep bowl mascarpone, cream cheese, sweet cream, sugar and lemon bark. Shortly mix with a mixer to merge all the ingredients.
In another container, put the juice of strawberries and coffee. Soak the biscuits with this mixture and place them in glasses. Put them on a mixture of fruit on top of them and put them from the mascarpone cream on top.
