How to lose weight up to 10 kg for 13 days

The diet lasts for 13 days and during this time you can lose from 8 to 10 pounds. This is a balanced diet and is a common recommendation of nutritionists.

Day 1

Breakfast a glass of green tea, lunch two boiled eggs, tomatoes and lettuce without spices. Dinner 150 g of boiled veal and spinach on steam.

Day 2

Breakfast glass of green tea, roast  veal 150 g, tomato and lettuce salad. Dinner vegetable soup, but without potatoes.

Day 3

Breakfast muesli with yogurt, lunch cooked chicken and lettuce. Dinner two boiled eggs and salad lettuce.

Day 4

Breakfast a glass of green tea, lunch an egg, a piece of cheese and 2 carrots. Dinner fruit salad and a glass of sour milk.

Day 5

Breakfast grated carrots with lemon juice. Lunch fish on grill and tomato. Dinner boiled veal and lettuce.

Day 6

Breakfast morning muesli with yogurt, lunch piece chicken on the grill and lettuce salad. Dinner boiled veal and tomatoes.

Day 7

In the morning, a glass of green tea, lunch of boiled veal and salad. Dinner fruit salad and a glass of sour milk.

From 8 to 13 days the menu is repeated. The amount of meat for each meal is 150 g. Water is drunk 2 l every day.
