5 tablespoons of mashed cooked apples;
1 teaspoon baking soda;
1 teaspoon cinnamon;
1 cup brown sugar;
2 bags vanilla sugar;
1 cup crushed walnuts;
2 cups flour;
1 cup oil;
100 g raisins;
150 g chopped dried apricots.
