Pie with mashed Apples



5 tablespoons of mashed cooked apples;

1 teaspoon baking soda;

1 teaspoon cinnamon;

1 cup brown sugar;

2 bags vanilla sugar;

1 cup crushed walnuts;

2 cups flour;

1 cup oil;

100 g raisins;

150 g chopped dried apricots.

For dusting:
powdered sugar.


Wash the apples and then peel them and diced the apples so they can be little boil so they can be softened. Then press  them it as a paste.

In a bowl put the mashed apples and add baking soda, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon, mix together with a spoon and leave it to soaked for an hour.

Then, add the butter and flour and ground nuts, and mixed the dough. Add the remaining ingredients – chopped dried apricots and raisins and on the end mixed them well.

Pour the mixture into a greased mold. The mold should be put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 3040 minutes or until get rosy color.

The baked pie leave it to cool, then strew it with powdered sugar.
