Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients for the Dough

250 g of biscuit;
75 g of butter;
15-20 g of chopped hazelnuts;
2-3 American biscuits with chocolate pieces (optional);
1 Grated orange peel.

Preparation of the Dough

All ingredients are put in a blender / processor and mixed until a “sandwich” dough is obtained. If you do not have a blender, biscuits are grind or crushed fine, then add the melted butter and other ingredients and mix with a mixer.
The mixture is well-grounded in a pan (with hands or spoon). It is most likely to use a frying pan with a pulling ring. Get the dough into the refrigerator or freezer to tighten.

Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients for the filling

400 g Nutella;
250 g of cream cheese;
250 g of mascarpone;
Orange juice (without pulp);
50-100 g of chopped hazelnuts (for decoration).

Preparation of the filling

Mix the cream cheese with the mascarpone. Then Nutella and orange juice are added.
The scrubbed mixture is poured over the cooled dough. On the filet, chopped hazelnuts appear.
The cheesecake is left to cool for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator. It is served cold.
