Viennese Iced Coffee

Viennese iced coffee


4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla-flavored coffee);
180 ml espresso;
3 tablespoons sugar;
1 tablespoon vanilla extract;
60 ml of hot water;
ice cubes.


Place the espresso, sugar, vanilla and warm water in a blender and beating until sugar is broken down. Then add the ice and beating on high speed until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour the resulting 4 short glasses.

Place the ice cream in a microwave oven at a high temperature, about 15 seconds or until they are soft. Then place one ball in each cup. If desired decorate with cocoa powder. Serve with a small tube and scoop.
