Cannelloni with cheese and ham


20 cannelloni;
250 g diced cheese;
150 g mozzarella;
350 g young cheese;
150 g dry throat;
300 g peeled tomatoes;
3 tablespoons olive oil;
30 g parmesan, basil;
2 cloves garlic;
50 g flour;
6 dl milk;
50 g butter;
a mixture of spices.


1. In a bowl combine the cheese, grated mozzarella before the coarse grater and finely chopped dry throat. Add spices and mix.
2. The filling is placed in a syringe and filled cannelloni.
3. Mix the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil and spices to taste.
4. In particular, in a saucepan melt the butter, then add flour and fried it.  With constant stirring pour a little milk until the mixture thickens. Season to your taste.
5. Pan is grease with butter and then you add the tomato mixture. Line stuffed cannelloni and watered with bechamel sauce. Bake in preheated oven at 200ºC until they are flushed. Before the end sprinkle it with Parmesan.
