Frappuccino for all Athletes

Frappuccino

Ingredients:

180 ml freshly prepared espresso;
230 ml almond milk (or another type of milk suitable to your taste);
1 tablespoon protein powder with chocolate flavor;
1 frozen banana;
Ice (optional).

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender and beating until your desired density. If desired, decorate with whipped cream or chocolate syrup.
