Coffee with Honey and Whiskey



For the Coffee:

1 tablespoon honey;
80 ml freshly prepared filter coffee;
50 ml whiskey;
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg.

For the whipped cream:

120 ml whipped cream;
20 ml liqueur Amaro.


In a small bowl, beating whipped the cream until it becomes solid foam. Add the liqueur and continue stirring until completely unite. Then place the honey in a warmed mug and add the hot coffee and whiskey. Stir. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg sea.
