500 g of carrots;

500 g of fresh beets;

Couple of dried apricots;

Couple of raisins;

One spoonful of honey.


Chop the carrots and beets in small pieces and place in a pot. Then add water so that it will be two fingers above the chopped vegetables. Add the dried apricots and raisins and put the pot on the fire. Remove as soon as the water starts to boil, so when it is cool add a spoonful of honey. Cover the pot with a lid and leave to stand for 12 hours in a cool, dry place. Then the liquid should be well chilled and it is time to trickle. Finally you get enough drink for two days.
