The American Peter Weber Jr. has 95 years and entered the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest active pilot in the world. He received this award last month after he made three rounds over the airport near Sacramento.
Weber had exactly 95 years, four months and 23 days old when he set the record. The absolute recorder is Cole Kugel from Colorado who in 2007 flew the last time with his 105 years and died the same year.
Weber began piloting 72 years ago, he is a veteran of the US Air Force and said that still fly twice a month.
