Pizza dough with cauliflower


4 cups fresh blended cauliflower;

1 beaten egg;

1/3 cup goat cheese or ricotta;

1 teaspoon oregano;

Salt and pepper as needed.

First preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take the cauliflower and place it in a blender until you get a mixture similar to rice. In a bowl boil water, put the mixture and cook 5 minutes. Once you have done so well strain.
