You need 2 tablespoons yeast and 6 tablespoons warm water or milk, as you desired. Stir them until you have a uniform mixture and leave for half an hour.
Apply the mask on the scalp and massage the roots. Keep half an hour, then wash with warm water and a mild shampoo.
You’ll notice that the yeast will harden after a few minutes, but do not be afraid it can be easily washed.
Treatment can be done 1-2 times a week, and the first results you will notice after 3-4 weeks.
