Esmeralda Coffee

Ingredients (for 2 people):

2 x 110 ml of coffee;

5 teaspoons sugar glaze;

4 tablespoons whipped foam;

40 ml Kahlua (coffee liqueur);

20 ml cognac;

2 teaspoons chocolate syrup;

Cinnamon.

Preparation:

Mix together the liquor, cognac and chocolate syrup, pour over them a little cinnamon and then split them into previously warmed bowls. Prepare the coffee in another bowl and then divide it equally both in hot cups. Stir well. Carefully mix the whipped foam and the sugar glaze and slowly add them in coffee cups.
