But unfortunately today it is difficult to purchase fruits and vegetables that are not treated with pesticides during cultivation or maintenance. Fortunately, there is a way this toxins “spraying” fruits and vegetables to be remove.
What you need is water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda.
In a large bowl, Mix one cup of water, a cup of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of baking soda and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Then, the resulting liquid soak the fruit and vegetable fruits that you plan for consumption, then that kind of let them stay for 5 minutes.
Fruit then rinse well with clean water and eat them freely.
The same trick can be apply for herbs, but be careful to wash well and the handles.
