Rainbow: Refreshing and delicious winter salad


Ingredients for the salad:

  • Colorful stalks of Swiss chard and other chopped vegetables
  • 30g of pomegranate seeds
  • 30g of chopped pineapple
  • 30g of chopped carrots
  • One hand strawberries, cut in half

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Wash all vegetables and prepare them. In a large bowl, place the swiss chard stems and on top of them put and arrange other ingredients. In other bowl add the juice of lemon and orange, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix until sauce get the density of your taste. Then pour the sauce over salad. Serve cool. Good appetite.
