Pasta in Three Different Ways!

Whether is in a form of tortellini, ravioli or plain pasta, pasta is one of the most widespread and most delicious food in the world.

The simplest option is to eat them with ketchup and cheese or cheese, but why limit yourself to such a simple recipe that you can experiment with more flavors?

In addition are given 3 delicious recipes for pasta, so it is up to you to choose the one that suits you like or simply to try all. Interestingly is that none of the recipes does not contain meat, yet all have excellent taste.

Veggie pasta

Ingredients:

250 g linguists,

200 ml soup,

2 cups water,

250 g canned tomatoes,

1 onion chopped in circles,

1 chopped red pepper strips,

1 chopped green pepper strips,

1 teaspoon salt,

1 teaspoon Cumin,

3 cloves garlic finely sliced,

¾ teaspoon chili,

3 tablespoons olive oil,

¼ teaspoon oregano,

70 g yogurt.

Preparation:

In deeper bowl put all the above ingredients with soup and water and boil them. Cook about 15 minutes or until the sauce starts thickening. Finally add the yogurt and garnish with chopped parsley.

Pasta with cheese and broccoli

Ingredients:

250 g of cooked pasta in the form of shells,

1 bunch broccoli,

1 smaller onion finely chopped,

400 ml milk,

3 tablespoons flour,

3 tablespoons butter,

200 g grated cheddar cheese,

100 g Parmesan,

Salt,

Pepper.

Preparation:

Place butter and onion in a pan on fire and fry until they are lightly browned. Then add the flour and stir with a stirrer until you have a paste.

The next step is to slowly start to add milk. Once you get a nice sauce, to this add grated cheese, salt and pepper. You can put a little hot sauce, but it is optional.

Boiled broccoli and cook pasta sauce you add the entire contents of which boil until it comes to a state of boiling. Once you put food in serving dishes on the top add Parmesan.

Pasta with mushrooms and spinach

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons olive oil,

300 g sliced mushrooms,

200 g fresh spinach,

3 roasted red peppers,

2 cloves garlic,

1 tablespoon red vinegar,

250 g of cooked pasta,

1 teaspoon salt,

½ teaspoon pepper.

Preparation:

In the pan of fire put a little water and add the olive oil. Then add the mushrooms and fry until they are nicely caramelize. Once you do that slowly add the spinach.

Put in a blender the peppers, garlic, vinegar and salt. Then on the mixture add the mushrooms and spinach. Again fry slightly and finally add the ready pasta.
