Delicious Cherry Cake!

For the sponge cake:

4 eggs,

100 g sugar,

200 g chocolate,

30 g breadcrumbs.

For the filling:

1 cherry compote or pound frozen cherries,

200 g chocolate,

500 ml cream for whipped.


Beat egg whites with the sugar in a foam.

Add the melted chocolate, grind nuts, mixed with the grain crumbs and beat egg whites. Mixed easily the mixture and slowly put in a baking sheet.

Than bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

For the filling: Clean the cherries and distribute them through the cold sponge. Melt the chocolate in 150 ml heat cream and then cool it. The remaining cream beat it to get cream and gradually add the prepared chocolate.


Put the cream over the cherries and leave the cake in the refrigerator to cool well and then serve it.
