Ingredients:

2 large apples,

2 cinnamon sticks,

1 liter water,

1 glass bottle with a larger aperture.

Preparation:

Wash and chop the apples into thin slices. Place in glass bottle. In the bottle and put cinnamon sticks. Ingredients pour water, close the bottle and leave it in fridge overnight. Drink and consume every day.
