Gluten Free Cherry Cake!



400 g cherry,

15 spoons corn flour,

15 spoons sugar,

15 spoons oil,

15 spoons milk,

4 eggs,

1 vanillin sugar,

1 baking powder.



In a bowl mixed the sugar and the eggs, and then add the oil, milk, vanillin sugar, baking powder all of these mix it. After that slowly add the corn flour and mix it. Take one pan and cover it with baking paper and then add the mixture in the pan. The last step is to put the cherry on the top of the mixture. Before you put it to bake preheat the oven on 200°C. Bake this cake at about 15 minutes. If you wish you can add powdered sugar on the top or even pieces of chocolate.
