Christmas Bread With Dry Fruit!

Ingredients:

375 g flour,

50 g sugar,

1 teaspoon salt,

Dry yeast,

150 ml hot milk,

100 g butter,

1 egg,

200 g dry fruit (apricot, measles, grapes, candied orange peel),

200 g marzipan,

50 g almonds,

1 vanilla.

Preparation:

In a bowl add the flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast. In a pot milt the butter and then add the milk, egg and mix it all together and on the end add the yeast. Make dough and live it to grow. When the dough is ready add the dry fruit and almonds, mix it and live them to rest. Then drag the dough on 30 x 20 cm and in the middle add the marzipan, fold from one side then from another side and make roll. Leave it on hot and when is done bake it in a preheated oven on 180°C for 30 minutes. When the bred is little bit cold spray it with dust sugar. Advice if you are intolerant to gluten you can use corn flour.
